Barry Kaplan is an executive coach who inspires leaders and their teams to declare what they want, and shows them how to access their power to make it happen. Barry’s coaching wisdom comes from his experience leading teams in the tourism industry ranging from COO of Liberty Travel, a 200-store chain with over 2,000 employees from 1986-1995; board member of King International Corporation, a public company in hotel, gaming and restaurant businesses from 1986 – 1990; President and board member of Transmedia Network, a public company from 1995-1998; co-founder and senior executive of 21-company roll-up funded by private equity from 1998-2003; and until 2008 owner of Group IST, a specialty group travel company. Earlier in his career, Barry practiced corporate law.

Recognizing his signature strengths of identifying untapped potential individuals and groups – coupled with decades of success in inspiring people and building teams, in 2008 Barry chose to follow his passion and use his talents to guide leaders in their development as a full-time vocation. Barry is an executive coach for entrepreneurs, leaders and their teams, and has coached hundreds of executives and works extensively with leadership teams, boards and small groups. Barry also works extensively with YPO, and has facilitated over hundreds of retreats and training workshops.

Barry received his B.S., magna cum laude, from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 1980, and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 1983. He has been a member of YPO since 1993 and active volunteer in community affairs. Barry is married and has a daughter.

Jeff Manchester has worked with over 1,000 President’s and CEO’s as a strategic advisor, through one-on-one Executive Coaching, working with their management teams, in small groups (Forums) and/or working with them and their spouses in couple’s retreats. He is a master at INpowering individuals and teams to maximize their true potential through the gateway of authenticity.

Jeff brings to this work a lifetime of business management and consulting expertise, starting his career with one of the “Big 6” consulting firms, and then later, co-founding a highly successful systems consulting business.  This business was recognized by Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing 500 Companies in ’92 & ’94.

As a serial entrepreneur, Jeff has engaged in different opportunities.  He formed a brand management company focused on creating unique brands for elite professional athletes from Latin America.  He was also one of the creators of The Latin Quarter Restaurant at Universal Studios’ “City Walk” in Orlando, Florida.  The Latin Quarter is an award winner that continues to earn Best Latin Restaurant and Best Latin Night Club honors annually.

Jeff was and continues to be an active member of YPO, serving as the past Chapter Chairman of the Florida Chapter.  He is past Network Chair and current Forum Officer for the now YPO Miami-Ft. Lauderdale Gold Chapter and the Regional Forum Officer for the Southeast & Caribbean Region and is the Champion of the Cancer Focus Forum. He is also a member of the Business Powered by Forum Taskforce

Jeff holds an MBA from Florida State University.  He also holds additional advanced degrees as a certified coach and certified group facilitator. He is a highly rated keynote speaker and certified forum facilitator and trainer for YPO/WPO, for the last 20 years.  He earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University.

He is a proud dad to two amazing boys: his stepson, Chris who was recently married, and his youngest son CJ, who is a freshman in high school.
